Delivery: instant, and online
What you get, and when
- Casttit is software. Casttit for Windows and the Casttit app for Android are downloaded from casttit.com/download (and the Android app from Google Play). Nothing is shipped and there's no delivery charge.
- Paid plans are delivered to your account. As soon as your payment is confirmed, your plan is added to your Casttit account, and Casttit on your PC picks it up by itself, usually within a minute.
- Your receipt is emailed to the address on your account.
If your plan doesn't show up
- Check that Casttit is signed in with the same account you paid with (the top bar shows your name and plan).
- Close and reopen Casttit while connected to the internet.
- Still on Free an hour after paying? Email support@casttit.com with your payment reference, and we'll sort it out the same day where we can, or refund you.
Physical products
Casttit doesn't sell physical products yet. If that changes, this page will cover dispatch, delivery times and tracking first.
