Refunds and cancellation

Last updated: 7 November 2026. This policy covers Casttit's paid plans, sold by CarveIT Labs on casttit.com.

Cancelling

• Cancel anytime from your account, or by emailing us. There's no cancellation fee.
• Your plan stays until the end of the period you've paid for, and doesn't renew after that.
• Afterwards Casttit goes back to the Free plan. You keep using it; nothing is locked away.

Refunds

• Within 7 days of a payment: if Casttit isn't right for you, ask within 7 days of your first payment, or of an automatic renewal you meant to cancel, and we refund it in full. No questions asked.
• Charged by mistake: a payment taken in error, or twice, is always refunded in full.
• After 7 days: payments for a period that has started aren't refunded, but you can cancel so the plan doesn't renew.
• A refund ends the paid plan it refunds, and Casttit goes back to Free.

How to ask

Email support@casttit.com from the address on your Casttit account, with the payment reference from your receipt. We reply within 2 business days. Refunds go back to the way you paid and usually arrive within 5 to 7 business days, depending on your bank.

Hardware

Casttit doesn't sell any hardware yet. If that changes, this page will say how its returns work before it goes on sale.
