Your Casttit beta invite code
The Casttit beta is for invited creators. Your invite code unlocks the downloads and Casttit itself.
One PC per code
The first time Casttit starts, it asks for your code and ties it to that PC. Reinstalling Casttit on the same PC keeps it. On another PC the code shows already used on another PC.
A new PC
On the new PC, enter your code and choose Move Casttit to this PC. Your old PC stops using it. You can move once a month; need more? Write to us.
Offline
Casttit checks your code each time it starts. Offline, it keeps working for two weeks from its last check, then asks to connect once.
Messages you might see

Questions
Can I use my code on two PCs?
An invite runs Casttit on one PC. If you change PCs, choose 'Move Casttit to this PC' on the new one (once a month).
Does Casttit need the internet?
Once when you enter your code, then at least every two weeks. In between, Casttit works offline.
What does Casttit send when it checks my code?
Your code, Casttit's version, and a scrambled stand-in for your PC (a one-way hash of Windows' machine ID). Never your gameplay. See the privacy page.
